Breaking down the Book of Esther Chapter 8

Mordecai represents you and me. King Ahasuerus represents God, and God's favor toward humanity Esther represents the Church. When the Church prays, fasts, and seeks the face of God on how to deal with the enemy, God moves and gives strategy. The LORD gives battle strategy to His children. Whether to stand or to move, to sit or to run, or just to be still.

The Church must seek the face of God that it might obtain favor in the sight of kings, presidents, queens, and men to fulfill the mission and purposes of God. Seek the face of God. Humble yourself before Him, and He will answer ,often immediately. The Church is the Bride, and when the bride comes humbly before her groom, she is granted favor because it pleases the heart of the king.

So too it is with earthly kings. The Church must be clothed in humility, not pride. The church wants to fight fire with fire, often using the enemy's strategy to fight a holy battle. They want to raise their heads and dishonor kings instead of asking the KING of KINGS how to interact with kings. Honor the king. (1 Peter 2:17) In these last days, the Church will need to inquire, ask the Lord for strategy, and ask for God's will. Do I speak out now, or do I wait until I have dined?
